A load-bearing wall was removed and a structural beam installed to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space in this Edinburgh detached property. The full kitchen fit-out included a central island unit with quartz worktops, integrated appliances, handleless cabinetry, large-format porcelain floor tiles, and metro tile splashbacks. The complete project including structural work, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and decoration was managed under one contract and completed in four weeks.
Project Showcase
A full luxury en-suite bathroom installation in a new extension in Glasgow. The floor and walls were tanked and fully tiled in large-format 1200x600mm porcelain, with a frameless walk-in shower, rainfall head, and body jets. A freestanding bath with floor-standing filler, wall-hung vanity unit, and underfloor heating complete the specification. All electrical, plumbing, and tiling was managed in-house and the result is a space that looks and feels like a five-star hotel bathroom.
