A full-house engineered oak flooring installation in a 4-bedroom detached property in Edinburgh. Prior to installation, all sub-floors were levelled and prepared with self-levelling compound where required. The engineered oak boards were laid floating with a Ditra uncoupling membrane over underfloor heating to allow for thermal movement. All thresholds, skirtings, and trims were fitted and painted to provide a complete, professional finish.
Project Showcase
Large-format 1200x600mm rectified porcelain tiles were installed throughout the open-plan ground floor of a new build in Glasgow, covering the kitchen, dining area, hallway, and utility room. The sub-floor was prepared with a tanking system in the utility room and self-levelling compound throughout to achieve a perfectly flat base. Tiles were laid in a staggered offset pattern with matching grout lines continued from floor to wall in the kitchen area.
