A complete staircase replacement in a 4-bedroom detached property in Edinburgh. The old closed-string staircase was removed and replaced with a contemporary floating design featuring solid oak treads with open risers, a structural glass balustrade with stainless steel top rail and fixings, and a continuous oak handrail. The open design floods the hallway with light and has transformed the entrance area of the property entirely. Completed in 3 days with minimal disruption.
Project Showcase
A new build feature staircase in Glasgow combining painted MDF closed risers, solid oak treads, and a black powder-coated metal balustrade with vertical bar infill. The staircase serves as the centrepiece of an open-plan entrance hall and was designed to complement the contemporary interior specification of the property. The balustrade was fabricated to our design by a specialist metalworker and installed by our joinery team, providing a seamless, on-programme result.
